Information collected by Twiice

When you create a Twiice account, you provide us with personal information, including your name, email, and a password. You also have the option of adding payment information to your account.

If you sign in with a Google or Microsoft account, you provide us with the email address associated with the account, but not your Google or Microsoft password.

We also collect content (text, images, documents) that you create, or import, through Twiice.

In addition to this content, our servers also collect browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, and mobile network data, such as your mobile access provider name.

We also collect information about the interactions between your browsers, devices and our services, such as IP address, error reports, as well as the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on each page.

We use several technologies to collect and store information, including cookies, items stored locally on web browsers, databases, and server log files.

To provide our services

We use your information to provide our services, for example, in order to provide you with meeting minutes, our servers record the meeting notes you write as you go along in Twiice.

For example, being alerted when an interaction has generated an error page allows us to resolve the issue more quickly.

Or, using a cookie means you don't have to log in again each time you visit, and it allows you to keep your language choice.

For example, analyzing data about your use of Twiice allows us to optimize the user experience.

For example, to help you understand how to use Twiice properly in the first few days after you sign up, we send you video tutorials by email.

You are free to decline, with the understanding that we may not be able to provide you with some of our services without the corresponding information.

For example, it is not possible to invite a collaborator to one of your twiices without you providing their email address.

How to control or disable cookies

No cookies, proprietary or third-party, will be used unless you give your explicit consent when you first visit our website.

Deleting Your Information

You have the following options if you wish to delete your information:

  • From your dashboard, you can directly delete your twiices by clicking on the trash can icon
  • To go further, you can request the deletion of all your information, including the deletion of your account, by sending us an email on

Duration of data storage

We only keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide a quality service, or to improve our services in the future.

Cookies expire after a maximum of 13 months.

Security of your data

Security is an integral part of our services.

In accordance with RGPD, we implement all necessary security measures to protect the data collected with an obligation of result against any unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction of the information we hold.

To improve our service, we use third-party services, such as Google Analytics. These services may access some of your data only if you have given your consent when you first visit our site.

For example, we use a third party service to send you emails. This service has access to your email address.
